3. Orders and Payments
All prices on our website are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include VAT where applicable.
Orders are processed after full payment confirmation unless agreed otherwise for in-store pickup.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
For in-store purchases, payment can be made by cash or card at the showroom.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Repairs
We accept product returns or exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery or purchase, under the following conditions:
The item must be in original condition, with packaging and all included accessories.
Products showing damage, missing parts, or water exposure are not eligible for return.
Depending on the case, products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded after inspection.
